Terms of Service

Languages2U provides online GCSE French tuition services including 1:1 lessons, small group sessions, Weekly Group Live classes, and exam intensive programmes. All lessons are delivered online via Zoom.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed by email.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are as listed on our Pricing page and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Series bookings (4, 6, or 8 lessons) are offered at a discounted rate and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Weekly Group Live sessions are billed monthly at £40/month via recurring payment.

• 1:1 and Small Group lessons: cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full credit or refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded.
• Exam Intensive (5-session block): cancellations before the first session are fully refundable. Once the block has commenced, unused sessions may be credited but not refunded.
• Weekly Group Live: individual sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
• Free Consultation: no charge applies; please give reasonable notice if you are unable to attend.
• Languages2U reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative session will be offered.

• Student accounts are for the individual student's personal use only and must not be shared.
• Access to the Weekly Group Live resources (lesson PDFs, homework quizzes) is granted to students who have purchased a Weekly Group Live subscription.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Students are expected to attend lessons punctually, prepared, and with a respectful attitude.
• Recording of lessons is not permitted without prior written consent from Languages2U.
• Languages2U reserves the right to terminate a session or suspend access to services if a student's conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

All lesson materials, PDFs, resources, and content provided through the Languages2U platform are the intellectual property of Languages2U. They are provided for the personal educational use of enrolled students only and must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Languages2U provides tuition services in good faith and with professional care. However, we cannot guarantee specific exam results or grades. Our liability is limited to the value of the sessions booked. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
